The Gel Leather Curved Focus pads are ideal for boxing training, mixed martial arts training, kickboxing as well as karate/taekwondo training.
The extra gel placed at the target of the pad gives extra padding (for heavier punches) and absorbance to the focus pads.
Additionally, the mitt’s dome is specifically made to catch punches and disperse the force of impact away from the holder, helping reduce harm and injury.
